The University of Texas at Austin Health and Safety Training Center (HSTC) is proud to share that our Senior Trainer Supervisor, Garland Moffett, was selected as the 29th recipient of the Ival van Horne Award. Moffett was presented the prestigious award at the National Holmes Mining Safety and Health Conference on July 1, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas.
